Indications
Next Tablets is a medication indicated for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with colds and allergies, including fever, headache, nasal congestion, and general discomfort. This medication combines four active components: Paracetamol, which acts as an analgesic and antipyretic; Caffeine, which enhances the effect of paracetamol and relieves fatigue; Phenylephrine, a nasal decongestant that helps reduce congestion; and Chlorphenamine, an antihistamine that alleviates allergic symptoms such as sneezing and itching. It is important to follow the doctor's instructions and not exceed the recommended dose.
Composition
Each tablet contains: 500 mg Paracetamol, 25 mg Caffeine, 5 mg Phenylephrine, and 4 mg Chlorphenamine.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of its components, severe liver diseases, narrow-angle glaucoma, difficulty urinating due to prostate problems, and in patients who are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or have taken them within the last two weeks.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with liver problems, cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes, and those who consume excessive alcohol. It is recommended not to use in combination with other medications containing paracetamol to avoid overdose. Consult your doctor before starting treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
