Indications
Next Tablets are indicated for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with colds and allergies, including: fever, mild to moderate pain, nasal congestion, and symptoms of allergic rhinitis. The combination of paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic properties, caffeine enhances the effect of paracetamol, phenylephrine acts as a nasal decongestant, and chlorphenamine offers antihistamine action. This medication is designed for adults and children over 12 years of age, and should be used according to the doctor's instructions or product indications.
Composition
Each tablet contains:
- Paracetamol 500 mg
- Caffeine 25 mg
- Phenylephrine 5 mg
- Chlorphenamine 4 mg
Contraindications
Next Tablets are contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of its components, severe liver disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, and in those who are being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). It should not be used during pregnancy and lactation unless directed by a doctor.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, or prostate problems. It is recommended not to exceed the indicated dose and to avoid alcohol consumption during treatment. People who experience adverse effects should consult their doctor.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
