Indications
Neurobion is indicated as an adjunctive treatment in neurological disorders and situations requiring an additional intake of B-complex vitamins. It is used in neuropathies and other disorders related to vitamin deficiencies, as well as in the management of fatigue and stress. This medication is useful in the treatment of neuralgia, neuritis, and diabetic neuropathies. In addition, it is recommended in cases of loss of appetite, weakness, and fatigue, contributing to the maintenance of nervous and metabolic health.
Composition
Each Neurobion tablet contains:
- Thiamine (Vitamin B1) - 100 mg
- Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) - 100 mg
- Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) - 1000 mcg
Contraindications
Neurobion is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of its components. Its use is not recommended in people with severe kidney disease or dehydration.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with liver disease or those being treated with diuretics, due to the risk of electrolyte imbalance. Likewise, medical supervision is recommended in patients with a history of seizure disorders.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
