Indications

Neuralin is indicated for the treatment of acute and chronic painful conditions, as well as inflammatory processes requiring the use of an analgesic and an anti-inflammatory. This medication combines the effect of B complex, which promotes the regeneration and functioning of the nervous system, with lidocaine, which acts as a local anesthetic, and dexamethasone, which provides an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. It is commonly used in patients with neuropathies, neuralgias, and other conditions that cause significant pain and inflammation. Additionally, it can be useful in medical procedures that require analgesia.

Composition

Each Neuralin ampoule contains: B Complex (vitamins B1, B6, and B12) in specific quantities, 2% Lidocaine, and Dexamethasone in an appropriate dose for its therapeutic effect.

Contraindications

Neuralin is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with uncontrolled bacterial infections at the administration site. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe cardiac, renal, or hepatic diseases, and in those taking anticoagulants or with a history of bleeding disorders.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of allergies, coagulation disorders, or neuromuscular diseases. It is important to monitor patients during treatment to avoid adverse effects, especially in those receiving concomitant treatments. Administration should be avoided in areas with active infections or inflammation.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light and out of reach of children. The storage temperature should not exceed 30 °C.
