Indications
Nene Dental Gel is indicated for local anesthesia in minor dental procedures in pediatric patients. Its formulation combines Lidocaine and Polidocanol, providing an anesthetic and antipruritic effect that helps relieve pain and discomfort during dental treatments, such as dental cleaning, sealant placement, and temporary tooth extraction. This product is especially useful in reducing anxiety in children during these interventions. Additionally, it can be used for the treatment of ulcerative lesions in the oral cavity, providing effective symptomatic relief.
Composition
Each 100 g of Nene Dental Gel contains: 3.4 g of Lidocaine and 3.2 g of Polidocanol. Excipients: glycerin, purified water, and other excipients.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be used in patients with inflammatory or infectious diseases of the oral cavity, as well as in those with bleeding disorders.
Precautions
It should be administered with caution in patients with cardiac, neurological, or hepatic diseases. It is advisable to evaluate respiratory and cardiovascular function before use in children. Avoid using in quantities greater than recommended and do not apply to extensive areas of the oral mucosa.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
