Indications
Moments (Clomiphene) is indicated for the treatment of infertility in women with anovulation or irregular menstrual cycles. Its use is especially recommended for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) who wish to achieve pregnancy. This medication acts as a selective estrogen receptor modulator, stimulating ovulation by promoting the secretion of hormones necessary for the maturation of ovarian follicles and the release of the egg.
It may also be considered in cases of oligo-ovulation or anovulation of idiopathic origin. Additionally, Moments can be used in the evaluation of ovarian function and in assisted fertility protocols, under medical supervision.
Composition
Each Moments tablet contains 50 mg of clomiphene citrate as the active ingredient. Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, magnesium stearate, among others.
Contraindications
Moments is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to clomiphene or any of its excipients. It should not be used in patients with liver diseases, active thyroid disorders, or hormone-dependent tumors, as well as in those with undiagnosed vaginal bleeding. Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of thromboembolic disease, as clomiphene may increase the risk of adverse events. It is important to perform continuous medical monitoring during treatment, as well as to perform tests to verify ovulation and pregnancy health.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
