Indications

Misdapre Rac is indicated for the treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis symptoms in adult and pediatric patients, as well as for the relief of asthma symptoms such as shortness of breath, wheezing, and coughing. Additionally, this medication is used in the management of chronic idiopathic urticaria, providing relief from itching and inflammation. Montelukast acts by blocking leukotriene receptors, thereby reducing inflammation and congestion, while levocetirizine is an antihistamine that helps reduce the effects of histamine in the body, providing a synergistic effect to improve the quality of life of patients with allergic conditions.

Composition

Each Misdapre Rac tablet contains: 10 mg of Montelukast and 5 mg of Levocetirizine as active ingredients. Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, magnesium stearate, among others.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to montelukast, levocetirizine, or any component of the formula. Caution should also be exercised in patients with a history of severe renal or hepatic disease.

Precautions

It is recommended to use Misdapre Rac with caution in patients with a history of seizures, as well as in those with conditions that may be exacerbated by the anticholinergic effects of levocetirizine. It is important to monitor the patient's response to treatment, especially in those with asthma, and adjust the dose as needed.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
