Indications
Microsona Cream 1% is indicated for the treatment of various dermatological conditions that respond to corticosteroid therapy. It is used to relieve symptoms such as itching, inflammation, and redness in skin diseases like dermatitis, eczema, and psoriasis. Its anti-inflammatory and antipruritic action helps reduce the local immune response and improve the condition of affected skin. Its use is recommended in cases where symptomatic management of inflammatory skin lesions is required.
Composition
Each 100 g of cream contains: Hydrocortisone 1 g. Excipients: purified water, cetyl alcohol, propylene glycol, glyceryl stearate, sorbitan stearate, among others.
Contraindications
Microsona Cream is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to hydrocortisone or to any of the excipients in the formula. It is also contraindicated in untreated skin infections, skin tuberculosis, and in the treatment of acne rosacea or perioral dermatitis.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when used on large areas or open wounds, as it may increase systemic absorption of the corticosteroid. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Prolonged use may cause adverse effects, so it is suggested to follow the prescribing physician's instructions. Not recommended for use in children under two years of age without medical supervision.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
