Indications
Meticel Ofteno Drops is indicated for the treatment of dry eyes, providing relief in situations where lubrication of the ocular surface is necessary. Its use is recommended in cases of eye irritation due to environmental factors, such as wind, smoke, or screen exposure. It can also be used by patients who wear contact lenses, alleviating the feeling of discomfort and improving ocular comfort. Hypromellose acts as a lubricating agent, forming a film that helps maintain moisture on the eye's surface.
Composition
Each ml of Meticel Ofteno contains 20 mg of hypromellose as the active ingredient. Excipients: sodium chloride, dibasic sodium phosphate, monobasic sodium phosphate, purified water.
Contraindications
This product is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to hypromellose or any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in case of active eye infections.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with pre-existing eye conditions. Avoid contact with contact lenses. In case of persistent irritation or worsening of symptoms, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Do not touch the dropper tip to avoid contamination.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
