Indications

Medinova Fluomizin is indicated for the treatment of vaginal infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to dequalinium chloride. This medication is commonly used in the management of vaginal disorders such as bacterial vaginosis and vaginal candidiasis. Furthermore, it can be used as part of the treatment of sexually transmitted infections in women, and can also be part of a prevention regimen in situations of infection risk. It is important that it be prescribed and supervised by a physician to ensure its correct use and efficacy.

Composition

Each Medinova Fluomizin tablet contains 10 mg of dequalinium chloride, in addition to excipients that facilitate its administration and absorption.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to dequalinium chloride or any of the formula's components. Its use is not recommended in patients with extensive vaginal lesions or undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, as well as during pregnancy and lactation without adequate medical supervision.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when using Medinova Fluomizin in women with a history of recurrent infections or gynecological complications. It is essential to make an accurate diagnosis before starting treatment. It is recommended to avoid the use of intimate hygiene products that may alter the vaginal pH, as well as the use of tampons during treatment with this medication.

Storage

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius, in a dry place away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
