Malival Compound is indicated for the treatment of various painful and anti-inflammatory conditions. It is primarily used to relieve pain in conditions such as arthritis, osteoarthritis, and other musculoskeletal disorders. It is also effective in treating inflammation that accompanies post-surgical processes and sports injuries. Indomethacin, its active ingredient, acts by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, chemical substances that mediate pain and inflammation in the body.
Composition
Each capsule of Malival Compound contains: Indomethacin 25 mg and other excipients necessary for its formulation.
Contraindications
Malival Compound is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to indomethacin or to any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered to patients with a history of gastric ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, or severe cardiovascular diseases. Likewise, it is contraindicated during the third trimester of pregnancy.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of kidney, liver, or gastrointestinal disease. Renal function should be monitored in patients receiving prolonged treatment. Its use in combination with other NSAIDs is not recommended, as this may increase the risk of gastrointestinal and renal adverse effects. It is important to avoid alcohol consumption during treatment, as this may increase the risk of gastric bleeding.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
