Indications
Madecassol C ovules are indicated for the treatment of vaginal infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to metronidazole, as well as for the treatment of skin and mucous membrane lesions associated with inflammatory processes. The combination of its components, Metronidazole, Centella Asiatica and Nitrofural, provides antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and healing properties, promoting the recovery of the vaginal flora and the integrity of the mucosa. Its use is recommended in cases of bacterial vaginosis, vaginitis and other gynecological infections, always under medical supervision and after an adequate patient evaluation.
Composition
Each ovule contains: Metronidazole 300 mg, Centella Asiatica 15 mg, Nitrofural 6 mg.
Contraindications
Madecassol C ovules are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with a history of neurological disorders related to the use of metronidazole. Its use during the first trimester of pregnancy is not recommended unless strictly necessary, and must be evaluated by a physician.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when using this medication in patients with liver disease, neurological disease or hematological disorders. Medical follow-up is recommended during treatment, especially in pregnant or lactating women. Avoid simultaneous use with alcohol due to the possibility of adverse reactions.

Store in its original packaging at room temperature, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
