Indications

Lyrica is indicated for the treatment of:

  • Painful diabetic neuropathy.
  • Postherpetic neuralgia.
  • Generalized anxiety disorder.
  • Partial seizures in adults.
  • Chronic pain in adults.

This medication works by modulating the release of neurotransmitters, which helps reduce neuropathic pain and control epileptic activity.

Composition

Each Lyrica capsule contains 75 mg of pregabalin and excipients.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to pregabalin or any of its components. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women, unless considered strictly necessary and under medical supervision.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with renal insufficiency, depression, or a history of substance abuse. It is important to monitor for side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, or mood changes. Treatment should not be discontinued abruptly without consulting a doctor.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
