Indications
Lomexin (Fenticonazole) is indicated for the treatment of vaginal infections caused by fungi, particularly those associated with candida. This medication is useful for the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis, providing relief from symptoms such as itching, burning, and abnormal discharge. It is important to follow the doctor's instructions to ensure correct administration and duration of treatment, as well as to evaluate the patient's therapeutic response.
Composition
Each Lomexin ovule contains 1000 mg of fenticonazole as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients that facilitate the formulation and absorption of the medication.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to fenticonazole or any of the excipients in the formulation. Its use is not recommended in pregnant women without adequate medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Lomexin to patients with a history of liver or kidney diseases. Likewise, it is recommended to avoid the simultaneous use of other vaginal medications without the doctor's approval. If symptoms persist or worsen, a doctor should be consulted for further evaluation.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. Keep the product in its original packaging, away from light and humidity. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
