Indications

Lobuxal is indicated for the treatment of neuropathic pain in adults. It is used in the management of pain related to conditions such as diabetic neuropathy and postherpetic neuralgia. In addition, this medication may be indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain that does not respond to other analgesics. The combination of pregabalin and tramadol allows for a dual approach to pain management, acting on different pathways of the nervous system to provide more effective relief. Composition

Each Lobuxal tablet contains 75 mg of pregabalin and 50 mg of tramadol as active ingredients, as well as excipients necessary for the product's formulation.

Contraindications

Lobuxal is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It is also contraindicated in patients who are receiving monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) and in those with a history of substance abuse or opioid dependence.
