Indications
Lobuxal is indicated for the treatment of neuropathic pain, as well as for the management of moderate to severe pain in patients requiring combined treatment. Pregabalin acts by modulating neurotransmitter release in the nervous system, while tramadol provides an analgesic effect through its action on opioid receptors. This medication can be used in cases of diabetic neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia, and other types of chronic pain. Its efficacy has been supported by clinical studies demonstrating its ability to improve the quality of life of patients suffering from persistent pain.
Composition
Each Lobuxal tablet contains 150 mg of pregabalin and 50 mg of tramadol, along with necessary excipients for the product formulation.
Contraindications
Lobuxal is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered to patients with a history of substance abuse, uncontrolled epilepsy, or in combination with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Precautions
Caution is recommended when administering Lobuxal to patients with a history of seizures, kidney disease, or who are taking other central nervous system-affecting medications. It is important to monitor patients for symptoms of respiratory depression or mood changes.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and out of reach of children. Storage temperature should not exceed 30°C.
