Liberfem 2Mg/0.03Mg is an oral contraceptive indicated for pregnancy prevention. Its use is recommended for women who desire an effective and safe contraceptive method. Additionally, it can be used to regulate the menstrual cycle in cases of menstrual irregularities. This medication works by inhibiting ovulation, altering cervical mucus, and modifying the endometrium, which makes it difficult for sperm to reach the uterus and for a fertilized egg to implant. Composition

Each Liberfem tablet contains: - Chlormadinone Acetate 2 mg - Ethinylestradiol 0.03 mg - Excipients: Lactose, starch, microcrystalline cellulose, among others.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with a history of venous or arterial thrombosis, severe liver diseases, breast or genital cancer, and in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended during pregnancy or in breastfeeding women.

Precautions

Special care should be taken in patients with a history of hypertension, diabetes, migraines, or who smoke and are over 35 years old. Regular medical follow-up during treatment is essential.
