Indications
Levitra is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. This medication works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which helps to achieve and maintain an adequate erection. It is recommended that the use of Levitra be under the supervision of a healthcare professional, who will determine the appropriate dosage according to the patient's individual needs.
Composition
Each tablet contains 20 mg of Vardenafil, as well as excipients necessary for the product's formulation. It is recommended to check the leaflet for the complete list of components.
Contraindications
Levitra is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to Vardenafil or to any of the excipients of the product. It should not be administered in combination with nitrates or nitric oxide donors, as this may cause a significant decrease in blood pressure. It is also contraindicated in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases and in those who have recently suffered a heart attack or stroke.
Precautions
It is important to inform your doctor about any pre-existing medical conditions, especially cardiovascular diseases, liver or kidney problems, and vision disorders. Care should be taken when administering Levitra to patients who are taking other medications that may interact with Vardenafil. The use of Levitra in combination with alcohol is not recommended, as this may decrease its effectiveness.
