Indications
Levante is indicated for the treatment of various inflammatory conditions of the respiratory tract, including seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, as well as for the management of symptoms associated with sinusitis. It is also used in the treatment of allergic dermatitis and other inflammatory dermatological conditions. Mometasone, its active ingredient, acts as a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and relieves nasal congestion, improving the quality of life of patients suffering from these conditions.
Composition
Each 100 ml of suspension contains:
- Mometasone: 0.05 g
- Excipients: q.s.
Contraindications
Levante is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to mometasone or any of the excipients in the formula. Its use is not recommended in untreated viral, fungal, or bacterial infections in the application area. Likewise, its use should be avoided in patients with active or latent tuberculosis.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of recurrent infections or those undergoing immunosuppressive treatment. Clinical monitoring is important in patients who experience vision changes, as prolonged use of corticosteroids can cause cataracts or glaucoma. The use of Levante is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation without a doctor's supervision.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Do not use the medicine after the expiry date indicated on the package.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
