Indications
Lerk is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. This condition is characterized by the inability to achieve or maintain an erection adequate for satisfactory sexual intercourse. Sildenafil, its active ingredient, works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which facilitates an erection. It is important to note that Lerk is only effective with sexual stimulation and does not cause a spontaneous erection.
Composition
Each Lerk tablet contains 100 mg of sildenafil as an active ingredient, in addition to excipients necessary for the drug's formulation.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to sildenafil or any of the formulation components. It should not be administered in combination with nitrates in any form, as it can cause a significant decrease in blood pressure. Likewise, it is contraindicated in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, such as unstable angina or heart failure, among others.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when using Lerk in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, vision problems, or in those who are being treated with medications that may interact with sildenafil. It is advisable to consult a doctor before starting treatment, especially if there are pre-existing medical conditions or if other medications are being taken.
