Indications
Inhibitron (Omeprazole) is indicated for the treatment of diseases related to gastric hyperacidity. It is used in the management of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), as well as in the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers. Additionally, it is indicated for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori in combination with antibiotics, which contributes to ulcer healing and improves the patient's gastrointestinal health. Its mechanism of action is based on inhibiting gastric acid secretion, providing symptomatic relief and promoting the healing of the gastric mucosa.
Composition
Each Inhibitron ampule contains 40 mg of Omeprazole as the active ingredient, as well as excipients that facilitate its administration and absorption.
Contraindications
Inhibitron is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to omeprazole or any other component of the formulation. It should not be administered in cases of a history of severe allergic reactions to proton pump inhibitors.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with severe liver diseases, as the elimination of omeprazole may be affected. Furthermore, it is important to monitor patients treated for prolonged periods, due to the risk of developing nutritional deficiencies, such as hypomagnesemia.

Store at room temperature, in a dry place and protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
