Indications
Inhibitron F is indicated for the treatment of conditions related to excessive acid production in the stomach. It is used in the management of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gastric and duodenal ulcers, as well as for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori in combination with antibiotics. Its action consists of reducing stomach acid secretion, thus facilitating the healing of lesions and providing relief from symptoms associated with these conditions. It is important to follow the doctor's instructions for effective treatment.
Composition
Each capsule contains: - Omeprazole 40 mg as an active ingredient. - Excipients: (detail excipients according to official information, if required).
Contraindications
Inhibitron F is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to omeprazole or any of the excipients in the formulation. Its use is not recommended in people with a history of severe allergic reactions to drugs of the same pharmacological group.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with liver disease, as the dosage may need adjustment. In addition, it is recommended to evaluate for the presence of malignancy symptoms before starting treatment, as acid suppression can mask these symptoms.
