Indications

Inderalici is indicated in the treatment of various cardiovascular conditions, including hypertension, angina pectoris, cardiac arrhythmias, as well as for the prevention of migraines and the treatment of certain anxiety disorders. In the context of hypertension, its use contributes to the reduction of blood pressure, thereby decreasing the risk of cardiovascular complications. In the case of angina, it helps relieve chest pain by reducing the heart's workload. It is also used in the treatment of tachycardia and as a prophylactic in migraines, offering an effective therapeutic option for these patients.

Composition

Each Inderalici tablet contains 40 mg of propranolol as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients that facilitate its formulation and absorption.

Contraindications

Inderalici is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to propranolol or any of the components of the formula. It should also be avoided in cases of bronchial asthma, severe bradycardia, second or third-degree heart block, uncontrolled congestive heart failure, and in patients with untreated pheochromocytoma.

Precautions

Caution is recommended in patients with a history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes mellitus, liver or kidney diseases, as well as in those who are being treated with other antihypertensives. It is important to maintain constant medical monitoring during treatment to adjust the dose as needed and prevent adverse reactions.
