Indications
Inderalici is indicated in the treatment of arterial hypertension, as well as in the management of angina pectoris. It is also used in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias and for the prevention of migraines. Propranolol, the active ingredient in Inderalici, works by blocking the effects of adrenaline on the heart and blood vessels, which helps to decrease heart rate and blood pressure. Furthermore, it is used in the management of anxiety, especially in stressful situations and in the treatment of essential tremor.
Composition
Each Inderalici tablet contains 10 mg of propranolol as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients necessary for the formulation of the medication.
Contraindications
Inderalici is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to propranolol or to any of the excipients in the formula. It should not be administered in cases of bronchial asthma, severe bradycardia, second and third-degree heart block, and in patients with decompensated heart failure. Likewise, caution should be exercised in patients with diabetes, as propranolol can mask the symptoms of hypoglycemia.
Precautions
Monitoring of cardiac function and blood pressure is recommended in patients starting treatment with Inderalici. Use in elderly patients or those with liver diseases requires dose adjustments. In addition, it is important to inform the doctor about other medications the patient is taking to avoid interactions.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
