Indications
Indarzona is indicated for the treatment of inflammatory rheumatic diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Additionally, it is used in the management of acute and chronic pain, as well as in inflammatory conditions that require the anti-inflammatory and analgesic action of its components, Indomethacin and Dexamethasone. This medication can also be used for the management of postoperative pain and in processes involving significant inflammation.
Composition
Each Indarzona capsule contains 25 mg of Indomethacin and 0.5 mg of Dexamethasone as active ingredients. Excipients are used to form the capsule and facilitate drug absorption, ensuring its effectiveness.
Contraindications
Indarzona is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the components of the medication, active peptic ulcer, severe kidney disease, and in those with bleeding disorders. Its use is not recommended in the third trimester of pregnancy.
Precautions
It is important to use Indarzona with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or those who are on anticoagulant therapy. It is suggested to monitor renal function and blood pressure during treatment, as well as to evaluate the need to adjust the dose in case of adverse effects.
Storage
Store Indarzona in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, out of reach of children. Avoid exposure to direct light and humidity to maintain product stability.
