Indications
Indaflex Cream 2.5% is indicated for the treatment of inflammatory and painful processes in various conditions. Its use is recommended in the management of muscle pain, sprains, tendinitis, arthritis, and other rheumatic conditions. Indomethacin, as an active ingredient, acts by relieving pain and reducing inflammation at the application site. This medicine is primarily used in short-term therapies, where rapid and effective symptomatic relief is sought.
Composition
Each 100 g of Indaflex Cream 2.5% contains: Indomethacin 2.5 g, excipients q.s. 100 g.
Contraindications
Indaflex Cream should not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to indomethacin or to any other component of the formula. It is contraindicated in patients with a history of severe allergic reactions, active peptic ulcers, or gastrointestinal bleeding. Likewise, its use is not recommended in cases of severe renal insufficiency.
Precautions
Special care should be taken when applying Indaflex Cream to areas with injured or infected skin. It is important to avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of adverse reactions, such as redness or irritation at the application site, its use should be discontinued and a doctor consulted. Prolonged use without medical supervision is not recommended.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children and protect from light.
