Indications
Iliadin Lubricating Inf Spray is indicated for the treatment of nasal congestion and dryness of the mucous membranes in children. It is used to relieve symptoms of nasal obstruction and facilitate breathing. In addition, its formulation with dexpanthenol helps maintain the hydration of the nasal mucous membranes, providing a lubricating effect that improves respiratory comfort. This product is ideal for daily use in situations where irritation or dryness occurs in the nasal cavity, such as in dry climates, allergies, or common colds.
Composition
Each 100 ml of Iliadin Lubricating Inf Spray contains: Oxymetazoline 0.025% and Dexpanthenol 0.5%. Excipients: purified water, sodium chloride, dibasic sodium phosphate, hydrochloric acid, and suitable preservatives.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in cases of severe nasal conditions, such as atrophic rhinitis or in patients who are receiving treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Precautions
It should be used with caution in patients with cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or hyperthyroidism. Prolonged use for more than 7 days is not recommended, as it may cause a rebound effect and aggravated nasal congestion.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
