Indications

Ifa Acxion is indicated as an adjunct for weight reduction in obese or overweight patients, in combination with a dietary regimen and an exercise program. Phentermine acts as an appetite suppressant, helping to decrease caloric intake and thus facilitating weight loss. This medication is suitable for people who have not achieved satisfactory results with diet and exercise alone.

Composition

Each Ifa Acxion tablet contains 30 mg of phentermine as the active ingredient. Excipients include: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, magnesium stearate, and other excipients that guarantee the stability and efficacy of the product.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, hyperthyroidism, glaucoma, and in those who have shown allergic reactions to phentermine or any of its excipients. It is also contraindicated in pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when administering Ifa Acxion to patients with a history of substance addiction, psychiatric disorders, or those taking other medications that affect the central nervous system. It is essential to monitor blood pressure and heart rate during treatment. Its use in combination with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) is not recommended.

Store the medication in its original packaging at room temperature, protected from light and humidity. Keep out of the reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
