Indications

Idrafast is indicated for rehydration and electrolyte supply in cases of dehydration due to diarrhea, vomiting, or excessive sweating. It is especially useful in situations where rapid restoration of fluid and electrolyte balance is required, such as in acute gastroenteritis or under extreme heat conditions. Its use is suitable for both adults and children, always under medical supervision. This product helps prevent complications associated with dehydration and improves recovery in patients experiencing fluid and electrolyte loss.

Composition

Each 100 mL of Idrafast contains:

  • Sodium Chloride: 0.9 g
  • Potassium Chloride: 0.3 g
  • Glucose: 2.5 g
  • Other components: purified water, flavorings, and colorants.

Contraindications

Idrafast is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in cases of severe renal insufficiency or in patients with heart problems requiring fluid and electrolyte restriction. Caution should be exercised in patients with diabetes mellitus due to its glucose content.

Precautions

It should be used with caution in patients with kidney or heart disease, or those undergoing diuretic treatment. It is essential to monitor electrolyte levels and renal function in those receiving Idrafast for prolonged periods. Additionally, it is recommended not to exceed the indicated dose and to follow the instructions of a healthcare professional.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature. Avoid exposure to direct light. Keep out of reach of children. Once opened, it is recommended to consume the product within 24 hours and do not refrigerate.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
