Indications
Havrix is indicated for active immunization against hepatitis A in individuals 1 year of age and older. This vaccine is especially recommended for individuals traveling to areas where hepatitis A is endemic or epidemic, as well as for those in close contact with infected individuals. It is also recommended for people with chronic liver diseases and for those exposed to crowded conditions that may increase the risk of virus transmission.
Composition
Each pre-filled syringe contains an inactivated hepatitis A virus, as well as other excipients that help stabilize the vaccine and ensure its effectiveness.
Contraindications
Havrix is contraindicated in individuals who are hypersensitive to any component of the vaccine, as well as in those who have had a severe adverse reaction to a previous dose of hepatitis A vaccine. It is not recommended for administration in individuals with high fever or severe acute illnesses.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in individuals with immunosuppressive diseases or who are undergoing immunosuppressive treatment, as the immune response may be compromised. Additionally, it is important to evaluate the patient's medical history before vaccination.
Storage
Havrix should be stored refrigerated at 2-8 °C. It should not be frozen. The vaccine should be protected from light and kept in its original packaging until use.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
