Indications
Gotinal Inf Spray is indicated for the temporary relief of nasal congestion associated with conditions such as allergic rhinitis, common colds, and sinusitis. This medication acts as a decongestant, helping to reduce swelling and congestion in the nasal airways.
It can also be used to facilitate the exploration of the nasal cavities during diagnostic procedures. Its action begins within minutes and can last for several hours, providing relief to patients experiencing discomfort due to nasal obstruction.
Composition
Each milliliter of Gotinal Inf Spray contains 0.5 mg of naphazoline (as naphazoline nitrate) in an appropriate vehicle.
Contraindications
This medicine is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the components of the formula. It should not be used in cases of rhinitis sicca, narrow-angle glaucoma, severe hypertension, or severe coronary heart disease. Its use is not recommended in children under 2 years of age without medical supervision.
Precautions
Special care should be taken in patients with hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, or those who are being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). Prolonged or excessive use can cause a rebound effect, manifested as persistent nasal congestion once treatment is stopped.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, away from direct light and out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
