Indications
Giabri is indicated for the treatment of dyslipidemias, particularly in patients with hypertriglyceridemia and/or hypercholesterolemia. It is effective in reducing elevated blood triglyceride and cholesterol levels, thereby contributing to the reduction of cardiovascular risk. Ciprofibrate therapy should be considered as part of a comprehensive approach that includes lifestyle changes, such as diet and exercise, to maximize cardiovascular health benefits.
Composition
Each Giabri tablet contains 100 mg of ciprofibrate as the active ingredient. It also contains excipients that allow for the proper formulation of the tablet.
Contraindications
Giabri is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to ciprofibrate or any of the product's excipients. It is also contraindicated in cases of active liver disease, severe renal insufficiency, and in patients with a history of myopathy or rhabdomyolysis related to fibrate use.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver disease, moderate to severe renal insufficiency, and in those being treated with other medications that may increase the risk of myopathy. Regular monitoring of blood lipid levels is recommended during treatment. Furthermore, it is essential to evaluate liver and kidney function before and during treatment.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
