Indications

Gelan Plus Gel is indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders related to stomach acid, such as gastritis, gastroesophageal reflux, and dyspepsia. This medication works by neutralizing excess acid in the stomach, thus relieving symptoms such as burning sensation, pain, and abdominal discomfort. Additionally, dimethicone helps reduce gas formation, which aids in relieving abdominal distension and flatulence.

Composition

Each 40 ml of Gelan Plus Gel contains:

  • Magaldrate: 8 g
  • Dimethicone: 1 g

Contraindications

Gelan Plus Gel is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in individuals with severe kidney disease or in those with intestinal obstruction.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with renal insufficiency, as magaldrate accumulation can produce adverse effects. In case of pregnancy and lactation, it is recommended to consult a doctor before use. This medication should not be used for prolonged periods without medical supervision, as it may alter the body's acid-base balance.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C. Keep out of reach of children.

Shipping

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
