Indications
Finacea 15% Gel is indicated for the treatment of acne vulgaris and rosacea. Its action is based on the anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties of azelaic acid, which helps reduce comedone formation and improve skin texture. In addition, it has been shown to decrease sebum production and has a depigmenting effect, being useful in the treatment of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation related to acne.
Composition
Each 1g of gel contains 150mg of azelaic acid as the active ingredient. It also contains excipients such as purified water, propylene glycol, carbomer, sodium hydroxide, and disodium edetate, which contribute to the formulation and stability of the product.
Contraindications
Finacea Gel is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to azelaic acid or to any of the excipients in the formulation. Its use is not recommended on broken or irritated skin areas. Additionally, contact with eyes and mucous membranes should be avoided.
Precautions
It is important to perform a sensitivity test before starting treatment. It is recommended to avoid prolonged sun exposure and the use of irritating products on the skin during treatment. In case of irritation or adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Use in pregnant or breastfeeding women is not recommended without prior medical consultation.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
