Indications
Ferranina Complex is indicated for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia, especially in patients with increased iron requirements, such as during pregnancy, lactation, or growth spurts. It is also suitable for people with nutritional deficiencies who require a supplement of iron and essential vitamins for proper red blood cell formation. This product can be useful in situations of physical or mental exhaustion, where the supply of iron and vitamins is crucial to maintain optimal energy levels and hematological health. It is important that its use be supervised by a healthcare professional.
Composition
Each Ferranina Complex coated tablet contains:
- Iron (as ferrous fumarate) - 100 mg
- Folic acid - 200 mcg
- Vitamin B12 - 2.5 mcg
Contraindications
This product is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with non-iron deficiency anemias or iron metabolism disorders. Its use is not recommended in individuals with iron overload or diseases such as hemochromatosis.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, as well as in those undergoing treatment with anticoagulants. A proper diagnosis before administration is essential, and regular monitoring of blood iron levels during treatment is suggested.

Store at room temperature, in a dry and cool place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
