Indications

Farmapram (Alprazolam) is indicated for the treatment of anxiety disorders, panic disorders with or without agoraphobia, as well as for anxiety associated with depression. Its anxiolytic effect may be useful in situations of acute and prolonged stress. The medication acts on the central nervous system, promoting a feeling of calm and reducing emotional tension.

Composition

Each Farmapram tablet contains 2 mg of Alprazolam as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients that facilitate its formulation and stability.

Contraindications

Farmapram is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Alprazolam or any of the product's excipients. Its use is not recommended in patients with closed-angle glaucoma, severe respiratory insufficiency, or those with a history of substance abuse. It is also contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation, unless specifically indicated by a doctor.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when using Farmapram in patients with a history of depression, lung diseases, renal or hepatic insufficiency, and in the elderly, who may be more susceptible to the sedative effects of the medication. It is important that treatment is supervised by a doctor, and that combination with alcohol or other central nervous system depressants is avoided.

Storage

Farmapram should be stored at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius, in a dry place away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children and do not use after the expiration date printed on the package.
