Indications
Farmapram is indicated for the treatment of anxiety disorders, panic disorders, as well as in the management of anxiety-related symptoms that may appear in depressive disorders. This medication acts on the central nervous system, providing a sedative and anxiolytic effect, which helps to reduce tension and restlessness. Its use is recommended in situations of intense stress, as well as in preparation for medical procedures that may generate anxiety.
Composition
Each Farmapram tablet contains 1 mg of alprazolam as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients such as lactose, starch, and talc, which are used for the product's formulation.
Contraindications
Farmapram is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to alprazolam or any component of the formulation. Its use is not recommended in patients with narrow-angle glaucoma, severe respiratory insufficiency, as well as in those with a history of drug or alcohol abuse. Likewise, its use in pregnant or breastfeeding women should be evaluated and supervised by a physician.
Precautions
Special caution should be exercised in patients with a history of depression or suicidal ideation, as well as in those with liver or kidney disease. Prolonged use of alprazolam can lead to dependence, so it is recommended to follow the doctor's instructions and avoid abrupt discontinuation of treatment. Alcohol consumption should be avoided during treatment, as it can enhance the sedative effects of the medication.

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature and out of the reach of children. Protect from light and moisture.
