Indications
Execut is indicated for the treatment of various allergic conditions, including allergic rhinitis, urticaria, and other skin reactions. It is also used as an anxiolytic in the management of anxiety and insomnia, as well as for premedication before surgical procedures. Hydroxyzine has sedative properties, making it effective in treating anxiety and inducing sleep. Additionally, it can be used for the management of pruritus associated with dermatological conditions.
Composition
Each Execut tablet contains 25 mg of hydroxyzine as the active ingredient, as well as excipients that facilitate its formulation and absorption.
Contraindications
Execut should not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to hydroxyzine or any of the excipients in the formulation. It is contraindicated in patients with narrow-angle glaucoma, urinary retention, or those with a history of central nervous system depression. Its use during pregnancy and lactation should be evaluated by a physician.
Precautions
Caution is advised in patients with liver or kidney diseases, as well as in those taking other sedatives or central nervous system depressants. It is important to monitor elderly patients, as they may be more susceptible to the sedative effects of hydroxyzine. Avoid alcohol consumption during treatment, as it may enhance sedative effects.
