Indications
Everest-Dx is indicated for the treatment of symptoms of allergic rhinitis, both seasonal and perennial, in adults and children over 6 years of age. Its formulation combines Montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist, and Desloratadine, a non-sedating antihistamine. This combination allows for the control of symptoms such as nasal congestion, sneezing, nasal and ocular itching, as well as nasal discharge. It is also indicated for the treatment of asthma attacks in patients who require additional management of their asthma.
Composition
Each capsule of Everest-Dx contains:
- Montelukast 10 mg
- Desloratadine 5 mg
Contraindications
Everest-Dx is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component of the formula. Its use is not recommended in people with severe liver diseases or in those who are undergoing treatment with certain medications that may interact with its components.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver or kidney disease, as well as in those who are taking other medications. It is important not to discontinue treatment abruptly in asthmatic patients, and the treatment prescribed by the doctor should be followed. In addition, it is recommended to monitor patients who experience adverse effects during the use of the medication.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
