Indications

Eutirox is indicated for the treatment of hypothyroidism, which is a condition in which the thyroid gland does not produce enough thyroid hormones. This medication is used to replace or supplement thyroid hormone in patients with a deficiency. In addition, Eutirox is used in the treatment of goiters (enlargement of the thyroid) and in some specific cases of thyroid cancer. It is important that the use of Eutirox be supervised by a healthcare professional, who will determine the appropriate dose according to the individual needs of the patient.

Composition

Each Eutirox tablet contains 137 mcg of Levothyroxine Sodium as the active ingredient. Excipients include lactose, starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and other inactive components that facilitate the formulation of the medication.

Contraindications

Eutirox is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Levothyroxine Sodium or any of the product's excipients. It is also contraindicated in those with untreated adrenal disease, acute myocardial infarction, or in cases of untreated thyrotoxicosis.

Precautions

Caution is recommended in patients with cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, or intestinal absorption disorders. Regular medical monitoring is essential to adjust the dose as needed, as well as to monitor thyroid function and potential adverse effects.

Storage

Store Eutirox at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius, in a dry place protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
