Indications
Eutirox is indicated for the treatment of hypothyroidism, conditions in which the thyroid gland does not produce enough thyroid hormone. It is also used in the treatment of goiters, as well as in the management of certain types of thyroid cancer. Levothyroxine sodium helps restore normal hormone levels, thereby contributing to the regulation of body metabolism, temperature, heart function, and cell growth. It is essential to follow medical instructions for dose adjustment and for monitoring thyroid function during treatment.
Composition
Each Eutirox tablet contains 125 mcg of levothyroxine sodium, as well as excipients necessary for the drug's formulation.
Contraindications
Eutirox is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to levothyroxine sodium or any of the excipients. Its use is not recommended in cases of untreated hyperthyroidism and in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, such as recent myocardial infarction or severe coronary insufficiency. Caution should also be exercised in people with intestinal absorption disorders and autoimmune diseases.
Precautions
Care should be taken when administering Eutirox to patients with a history of heart disease, as well as those with diabetes mellitus or Addison's disease. It is essential to adjust the dose based on the clinical response and blood thyroid hormone levels. Regular monitoring with blood tests is recommended to track thyroid function and adjust the dose as needed.

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C, in a dry place away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
