Indications
Espaven Drops is indicated for the treatment of abdominal distension and flatulence associated with gastrointestinal disorders. This medication acts as an antiflatulent agent, helping to break down gas bubbles in the digestive tract, thus facilitating their elimination and reducing abdominal discomfort. It is useful in situations of discomfort caused by gas accumulation, either from air swallowing during eating or from altered digestive processes.
Composition
Each milliliter of Espaven Drops contains 100 mg of Dimethicone. Excipients include: purified water, glycerin, and other components that allow for the proper formulation of the product.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to Dimethicone or any of the excipients in the formulation. Its use is not recommended in cases of intestinal obstruction or in conditions that may require surgical intervention.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in its use in patients with a history of intestinal disease or in those who experience persistent symptoms, as this may be indicative of a more serious condition requiring medical attention. Furthermore, it is recommended to consult a doctor before starting treatment in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children and do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
