Indications
Espaven is indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders associated with excessive gas production, such as abdominal distension, pain, and discomfort. Calcium Pantothenate, a form of vitamin B5, is used in the management of stress and fatigue, promoting proper metabolism. Dimethicone acts as an antifoaming agent, facilitating the elimination of intestinal gases and relieving the symptoms of flatulence. This medication may be useful in cases of aerophagia and dyspepsia, where an increase in gas formation in the digestive tract is observed.
Composition
Each Espaven tablet contains 50 mg of Calcium Pantothenate and 40 mg of Dimethicone.
Contraindications
Espaven is not recommended for use in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Likewise, it should be avoided in individuals with intestinal obstruction or severe gastrointestinal motility problems.
Precautions
Caution is advised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases. It is important to consult a doctor before starting treatment if you are taking concomitant medication or have pre-existing health conditions. The use of Espaven during pregnancy and lactation should be evaluated by a healthcare professional.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
