Indications
Eranz (Donepezil) is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. This medication acts as an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, leading to an increase in acetylcholine levels in the brain. Increased acetylcholine can help improve cognitive function, memory, and behavior in patients with this condition. It is important that treatment be initiated and continued under the supervision of a physician, who will evaluate the response to treatment and make necessary dose adjustments.
Composition
Each Eranz tablet contains 5 mg of Donepezil, as well as excipients suitable for tablet formulation.
Contraindications
Eranz is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Donepezil or any of the excipients in the formulation. Caution should also be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal problems, such as peptic ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding.
Precautions
Caution is recommended when administering Donepezil to patients with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) due to its action on the central nervous system. In addition, special attention should be paid to patients with a history of seizures, as the use of Donepezil may increase the risk of convulsive episodes. Regular patient monitoring is suggested to observe any adverse effects or interactions with other treatments the patient may be receiving.

Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
