Indications

Electrolit Pediátrico is indicated for the prevention and treatment of mild to moderate dehydration in children, especially in situations of diarrhea, vomiting, or fever. Its use is recommended in cases where rapid rehydration is required, helping to restore the balance of electrolytes and fluids in the body. This product is particularly useful in the management of dehydration caused by viral or bacterial gastroenteritis, as well as during episodes of high fever. In addition, it can be used as a supplement for fluid administration in children with insufficient oral intake. It is important to follow the instructions of a healthcare professional for the proper use of this product.

Composition

Electrolit Pediátrico contains a balanced combination of electrolytes, including sodium, potassium, and chlorides, along with carbohydrates to provide energy. These components are essential for proper cellular function and maintaining homeostasis in the body.

Contraindications

It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in cases of intestinal obstruction, severe renal failure, or in situations where oral rehydration is not possible or is contraindicated.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
