Indications
Electrolit is a rehydration solution used for the prevention and treatment of dehydration caused by diarrhea, vomiting, intense exercise, or prolonged heat exposure. It is especially useful in situations where rapid replenishment of electrolytes and fluids is required, such as in gastrointestinal diseases or during sports activities. Electrolit's formula is designed to promote rapid absorption of water and electrolytes, helping to restore fluid and electrolyte balance in the body. Its use is recommended for adults and children who need adequate hydration, ensuring that the instructions of a healthcare professional are followed in cases of severe dehydration.
Composition
Each 100 ml of Electrolit contains:
- Sodium chloride: 0.9 g
- Potassium chloride: 0.2 g
- Glucose: 2.0 g
- Sodium bicarbonate: 0.2 g
Contraindications
Electrolit is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in cases of severe renal insufficiency, acute pancreatitis, or in situations where fluid administration is contraindicated. In cases of cardiovascular disease or health problems related to fluid retention, a doctor should be consulted before use.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Electrolit to patients with cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, or those who require restrictions on sodium intake. It is advisable to consult a doctor before starting treatment in these cases. Likewise, patients in conditions of moderate or severe dehydration should be monitored to avoid adverse effects.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
