Indications
Drossagyn Cream is indicated for the treatment of vaginal symptoms associated with menopause, such as dryness, itching, and discomfort. It is also used in the treatment of vaginal atrophy and in some conditions that require the administration of local estrogens. This medication works by restoring the vaginal flora and improving the quality of life for women experiencing symptoms related to estrogen deficiency. Additionally, it can be used as a complementary treatment in situations of hormonal insufficiency in the genital area.
Composition
Each 100 g of Drossagyn Cream contains: 0.5 mg of Estriol, as well as excipients that allow for the proper formulation and application of the product.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, in cases of breast or endometrial cancer, and in patients with a history of venous or arterial thrombosis. It should also be avoided in women with undiagnosed vaginal bleeding.
Precautions
It is recommended to assess the patient's general health status before starting treatment with Drossagyn Cream. Regular medical follow-up is important to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment and the appearance of side effects. Patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, or diabetes should be closely monitored during the use of this medication.
