Indications
Doscoxel is indicated for the treatment of acute pain, as well as for the management of inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It is effective in treating postoperative pain and pain associated with primary dysmenorrhea. This medication works by selectively inhibiting the cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) enzyme, which reduces the formation of prostaglandins responsible for inflammation and pain.
Composition
Each tablet contains 90 mg of Etoricoxib as the active ingredient, as well as excipients that allow for the formulation of the medicine.
Contraindications
Doscoxel is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to etoricoxib or any of the components of the formula. It should not be used in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, severe renal insufficiency, or in those with a history of peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding. It is also contraindicated in pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Precautions
Special care should be taken in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, renal or hepatic insufficiency. Medical monitoring is recommended for elderly patients or those undergoing treatment with other anti-inflammatory medications. Prolonged use without medical supervision is not recommended.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
