Indications
Dorsal is indicated for the treatment of acute and chronic pain, as well as in musculoskeletal conditions requiring analgesia and muscle relaxation. It is used in the management of pain associated with muscle injuries, contractures, and spinal disorders. It is also useful in the treatment of inflammation and pain in conditions such as arthritis and other rheumatic diseases.
Composition
Each Dorsal tablet contains:
- Meloxicam: 7.5 mg
- Carisoprodol: 200 mg
Contraindications
Dorsal is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with a history of peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal insufficiency, severe hepatic insufficiency, and during pregnancy and lactation, unless strictly necessary and under medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal problems, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, and those taking anticoagulants. It is advisable to monitor renal and hepatic function during prolonged treatment. Driving vehicles or operating heavy machinery is not recommended during treatment due to the possibility of drowsiness.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
