Indications
Dorixina-Flam is indicated for the treatment of pain of inflammatory origin and as an analgesic in various conditions. It is commonly used in the management of joint and muscle pain and in acute and chronic inflammatory processes. It can also be used in the treatment of fever and in reducing inflammation associated with injuries, sprains, and bruises. Its combined action of lysine and diclofenac allows for effective action, relieving pain and reducing inflammation in affected tissues.
Composition
Each Dorixina-Flam tablet contains: Lysine 250 mg and Diclofenac 50 mg, as active ingredients. It also contains excipients that facilitate the formulation and stability of the product.
Contraindications
This medicine is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be used in patients with a history of gastric or duodenal ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal or hepatic insufficiency. It is also contraindicated in the third trimester of pregnancy and during breastfeeding, unless specifically indicated by a doctor.
Precautions
Dorixina-Flam should be used with caution in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, asthma, or gastrointestinal disorders. It is important to monitor patients who experience unusual symptoms during treatment, as well as those who require prolonged treatment. Likewise, the concomitant use of this medicine with other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) should be avoided to prevent the risk of adverse effects.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children and do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package.
